Mother Earth

She is hurt...
She is bleeding...
What we humans gave to Her
She is now returning!

The pain and suffering all along
the hurt you and I felt some day
Tears that flowed out sometimes
and also those that did not....
wiping out the pain with compassion and love..
yet asking God..."why ! oh why.."
The God smiled and said
"so that you could bring few smiles and cheers (whenever you can ) &in whatever way...
The calamities are here to stay.....
(I wish to share some of the emotions I felt and which Ireduced to writing on 26/01 /02 at Bhuj during the devastating earthquake...being the first surgeon to reach the site ..AND Thats what kept me sane and going during those traumatic moments..)
